These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and THR777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the THR777 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and all related features accessible via thr777.click and its sub-domains.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the THR777 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue access to the platform and refrain from creating an account.

To register and maintain an active account on the THR777 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person acting in your personal capacity and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Territory.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of THR777, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not been self-excluded from the platform or from other gambling services under an active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You hold only one (1) registered account on the THR777 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.

Registration on THR777 requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not use false identities, fictitious names, or another person's personal details when creating an account.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and contact number. This information must match the identity documents submitted during KYC verification.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, THR777 will request the following documents as part of our KYC process:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back.
• A selfie photograph holding your MyKad, taken clearly showing both your face and the card details.
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet registered to your name, or bank statement header).

KYC review is typically completed within one to two hours during standard operating hours. THR777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if deemed necessary to verify identity, source of funds, or payment ownership.

All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the reversal of associated funds.

Withdrawals from the THR777 platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds must be satisfied before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever technically possible.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five minutes. DuitNow and FPX transfers are generally completed within five to fifteen minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to sixty minutes under normal conditions.

THR777 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one person, one account, one household address, one IP address, and one payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited to your account alongside your real-money balance but are governed by applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted.
• THR777 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, if operational circumstances require.
• Where a Player is found to have opened duplicate accounts to exploit a promotion, all bonus funds across all accounts will be voided and the accounts may be permanently closed.

Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated, after which any unconverted bonus funds will expire. THR777 employs automated and manual monitoring of wagering patterns. Any Player found to be abusing bonus terms — including through low-risk hedging strategies, exploitation of game mechanics, or coordinated play with other accounts — will have bonus funds voided and their account reviewed for suspension.

Odds are provided in real-time and are subject to change prior to event commencement. In-play betting is available on selected markets. All bets are final once confirmed, and no cancellations will be accepted after a wager is placed.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or sporting event, THR777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players. THR777 shall not be liable for any loss of profit or expected winnings arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

Any dispute regarding game outcomes or sporting results must be submitted to our support team within forty-eight (48) hours of the event in question. Disputes raised beyond this window may not be investigated. THR777's resolution of any game or betting dispute is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the THR777 platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action where applicable:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening more than one account on the platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, cheating, or match-fixing in relation to sports betting markets.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or undocumented features of any game or the platform itself.
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Funding your account from stolen, fraudulently obtained, or disputed payment methods.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or access the platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing THR777 staff or other players through any communication channel.

THR777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THR777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the platform or inability to access the platform.

The THR777 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

THR777's total aggregate liability to any Player, in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform, shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to their account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

THR777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which THR777 is incorporated and licensed. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Player and THR777 shall be referred to binding arbitration under the applicable rules of the relevant arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights as a resident of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
